Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

We want you to be 100% confident in purchasing your framed fine art online. While we package our artwork safely and securely for long-distance transit, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

What We Need

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging if applicable)

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we will promptly offer, at no cost to you, a replacement, repair, or refund if a replacement is not possible.

Change of Mind Returns

Because each artwork is printed and framed to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun, no later than 2 hours after your order date and time.

However, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window on eligible retail orders.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting us
  • Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging to ensure safe transit

Non-Eligible Orders

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds:

  • Orders placed using wholesale or trade discounts
  • Custom sizes or custom framing
  • Items marked Sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
