Shipping policy
At Studio House Co., every artwork is crafted to order and shipped with care from our framing workshop in Oakleigh, Victoria (Australia). Our aim is to deliver your pieces safely and as swiftly as possible, while allowing the time required to produce high-quality, made-to-order art.
1. Production Timeframes (Made to Order)
All artworks are printed and framed specifically for your order.
- Standard production time: 1-2 weeks
- During peak periods or for larger/complex pieces, production may take slightly longer
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to fast-track production timeframes.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with premium couriers and select express services wherever possible. Delivery timeframes begin once your artwork has been completed and dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)
- Metro areas: 1-3 business days (courier transit time)
- Regional areas: 3-7 business days
- Remote locations: may require an additional 1 week or more depending on the carrier
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier networks, weather events, customs (where applicable), or peak season congestion. These factors are outside our control, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on size, weight and destination. From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions (including free or reduced-rate shipping), which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
5. Delivery Requirements
Many of our pieces are large and valuable. Couriers may require:
- A signature on delivery
- Authority to leave (you may be able to nominate this directly with the courier once tracking is issued)
Studio House Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier as delivered.
